Overview
To oversee daily operations in Registration Services. Ability to register and obtain financial information for all patient types. To supervise and evaluate the assigned staff. Communicate with ancillary departments or physician’s offices regarding issues as needed. Required to work weekends, holidays and on call as needed to ensure 24-hour coverage. Ability to work flexible schedule as needed. Reports to the Department Manager of Registration Services.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Management or related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Medical Terminology preferred.
Minimum of three years of management experience preferred. Prefer five years of healthcare experience.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written. Excellent organizational skills and exhibits
Diplomacy and time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required,
Publisher and Access preferred.
