Purpose of the Job This is a full-time temporary position estimated at 4-6-months with the possibility to extend if needed.  As a Retail Demo Connectivity Manager, you will work with cross-functional and regional teams to grow the demo connectivity program and ensure new retail partners are successfully onboarded. You will be the connectivity expert across our client’s products and will work with partner managers, sales operations and vendors to sustain their connected rates. You will collaborate with central teams to help develop guidelines and drive continuous improvements in the  processes. You will oversee the execution of seasonal campaigns, including managing timeline, consulting on creative formats and placement, being the liaison between country and central teams and ensuring the content is successfully updated as intended.  Key Responsibilities  Grow demo connectivity rates by onboarding new regional teams/retail partner managers to enable demo connectivity. Be the retail connectivity champion by generating actionable reports/findings on a regular cadence and helping relevant teams achieve connectivity compliance on demos across the regions. Manage projects to update content on retail demos: collaborate with regional teams/retail partner managers, drive planning of OTA (over the air) update projects, define milestones, risks and corral relevant members to meet business objectives and deadlines. Drive new projects as they come about, such as manage and keep demo dashboard tutorials updated, work with cross-functional teams and be the global POC for content update operations, streamline the criteria and processes for regional-led campaigns. Support the project management of demo infrastructure development i.e. development of new features or enhancements on existing features on demo dashboard.  Knowledge, Skills Experience  BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).7 years of brand/project management experience preferably in the technology, hardware and/or retail space. Experience managing integrated marketing programs, retail operations systems, and/or retail assets. Experience in retail merchandising and understanding of the retail landscape.   Excellent project manager and self-starter, with experience managing complex projects interfacing multiple cross-functional teams (e.g. legal, partner marketing, regional teams, external agency,  etc.).   Highly collaborative: Ability to work effectively on a global team and across geographies, proactively establish credibility and influence. Proven track record of outstanding performance and high productivity, demonstrated ability to deliver with minimum guidance. Exemplary execution, problem solving skills and high attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. For California applicants: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.    The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.     #LI-AF1
