We are looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent who is motivated to learn to sharpen their sales skills, strengthen consistency, and grow with a proven team. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000 .

 

In this position, you’ll learn to work alongside top producers, generate new business, build lasting client relationships, and guide transactions from start to finish. Through hands-on coaching, professional tools, and a supportive culture focused on accountability and growth, you’ll have everything needed to elevate your performance and scale your business.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Qualifications:
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Real Estate license required
