Compensation:

$140,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Learning the following responsibilities:

  • Guide buyers and sellers through each stage of the real estate process
  • Conduct client consultations to understand needs and goals
  • Show properties and provide market insight to clients
  • Prepare and present offers with confidence and accuracy
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients
  • Build relationships within the community to grow your network
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching for continuous growth
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to achieve shared goals
Qualifications:
  • Active real estate license or willingness to obtain (pre-licensing support available)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and growth
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Ability to manage your time and client needs effectively
  • Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
  • Driven to build a long-term career with rewarding commissions
