We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of innovative products across diverse platforms. Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, users, and market research to inform product development
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Manage product backlog using project management tools such as Jira, VersionOne, TFS, or similar software
- Develop wireframes and prototypes using Balsamiq or other wireframing tools to visualize user interfaces and workflows
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and functionality before release
- Collaborate with engineering teams on API integrations, IT infrastructure considerations, and mobile application development
- Utilize analytics tools like Looker to monitor product performance and user engagement metrics
- Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and best practices in SaaS environments
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and reports via Microsoft Excel or Word
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and create detailed test cases for quality assurance purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management within a technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe), Waterfall processes, and project management software such as Jira or TFS
- Technical proficiency with AWS cloud services, APIs, SQL databases, HTML, UML modeling, Git version control, Java programming language, and SDLC processes
- Experience managing mobile applications and integrating IoT solutions is a plus
- Familiarity with UI/UX wireframing tools like Balsamiq and requirements documentation techniques including UML diagrams
- Excellent analysis skills combined with leadership qualities to guide teams through complex projects
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies related to SaaS products is advantageous
