E-Commerce Listing Specialist (Warehouse-Based)

$19.50 per hour 100% employer paid benefits for employees.

Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing Specialist to join our warehouse operations team. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly in the warehouse staging area to prepare, photograph, and list products for sale on our e-commerce platforms. You will handle products daily, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and details are entered into our systems so that customers receive clear and reliable information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare products in the warehouse staging area for listing, including unpacking, organizing, and photographing items.
• Accurately enter product details (titles, descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and pricing) into e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product photos and listings meet internal quality standards.
• Update listings when product information, availability, or pricing changes.
• Assist with product movement and organization in the staging area to keep workflow efficient.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure items are staged and ready for fulfillment after listing.
• Monitor listings for errors or missing details and make corrections promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
• Comfortable handling and moving products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written communication skills.
