Holy Grounds Landscaping & Construction is a rapidly growing local company seeking an experienced, dependable individual who takes pride in delivering quality work.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, solve problems, and consistently produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Install retaining walls
Install paver patios and walkways
Install drainage systems
Perform landscape installations
Perform general construction tasks
Safely operate chainsaws, hedge trimmers, and other power equipment
Pull and back trailers safely Read and use tape measures, levels, and job layouts
Perform basic equipment maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
Qualifications
Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction
Reliable transportation to and from work
Dependable and punctual
Strong work ethic
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with pride in quality craftsmanship
Ability to work safely and professionally
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and customer interaction skills
Preferred Qualifications
Plant identification knowledge
Herbicide application knowledge or licensing
Equipment operation experience
Hardscape installation experience
Previous project or crew experience
