This property, located at 4975 Wiley Post Way, is five minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport and close to eight miles of downtown Salt Lake City, Temple Square, and Vivint Smart Home Arena. Great Salt Lake State Park is 20 minutes from our door.

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Experience hiring, mentoring and leading teams by example.
• Proven track record of driving GSS to high levels.
• Solid understanding of budgets and how to produce outstanding financial results.
• Great sales and networking skills, that will assist a sales & marketing team, to remain competitive in the relevant market.
• Previous or current work experience in select hotel operations, with food& beverage catering and event planning, with a focus on excellent customer service delivery.
• Strong market & brand knowledge.
• Previous Hilton and GM experience.

Being a Concord GM:
As a General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating and rewarding a winning management team, dedicated to supporting our company’s mission statement, culture and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners and with Concord in facilitating a successful business operation. This will be accomplished through orchestrating brand training, meeting operational deadlines on project timeliness, following budget guidelines, and networking with city leaders, as the “face” of this exciting brand.

Salary Range: $93,282 - $116,603
