JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

All OSHA, EPA, and ODH policies, procedures, and regulations must be followed to maintain a safe work environment.

Lead and manage the on-site construction team, ensuring all work is performed efficiently and safely.

Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with project specifications.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Review project schedules and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.

Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.

Place orders for materials and manage equipment and resources on-site.

Act as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and consultants to address any field and constructability issues.

Identify and resolve any issues during construction to keep the project on track.

Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.

Remain flexible and responsive when faced with unexpected challenges.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Adequate physical fitness to keep up with on-site activities and demands.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive construction experience, including several years in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent capacity
- Proven ability to manage multiple, large-scale commercial construction projects simultaneously

Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts with a high level of accuracy

Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and project financials

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams

OSHA 30 certification preferred; strong commitment to jobsite safety
