What You’ll Build
- Develop a thorough understanding of project plans, specifications, owner contracts, HGC Master Subcontractor Agreements (MSA), and project scopes of work.
- Support subcontractor prequalification, bidding, and buyout; attend pre-bid walk-throughs and scope review meetings, review bids for completeness and compliance, and prepare scopes of work for bidding and buyout.
- Maintain project drawings, specifications, directories, and information in Procore and shared drives; request, track, and review subcontractor and supplier submittals, shop drawings, product samples, and RFIs.
- Create and monitor procurement logs, track permits for HGC and trade subcontractors, and lead project meeting agendas and maintain meeting minutes.
- Build, maintain, and update project schedules in Phoenix, and drive Lean construction processes through weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, and pull-planning meetings.
- Manage project cost controls and report financial status to management, applying Viewpoint standards for job startup and job cost setup.
- Manage project closeout from start to finish, including tracking, collecting, assembling, and delivering complete closeout documentation to clients.
