Starting Pay: $17.15/hr

Your Role

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support individuals with cognitive, physical, and developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential or community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities (eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
• Promote independence and community involvement
• Administer medications as required
• Complete documentation and shift responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents
• Provide support with other duties as assigned
  
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Experience preferred, but not required – we train!
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License & clean driving record (Required)
