Your Role as a Positive Behavior Coach
As a (PBC), you’ll provide compassionate care and support for individuals with cognitive, physical, and developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential or community setting. Your daily responsibilities will include:
✔ Assisting with daily living tasks (eating, dressing, mobility, grooming, etc.)
✔ Encouraging independence & community participation
✔ Administering medications & documenting progress
✔ Communicating effectively with team members & residents
✔ Other duties as assigned to support a safe & engaging environment
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
Experience preferred but not required – We’ll train you!
Valid Michigan Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record (Required)
Shift Availability:
2nd & 3rd Shifts Preferred (Shift premiums available!)
