We're looking for a Commercial Small Business AccountManager who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional client experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage a book of small commercial accounts, under $25k in revenue
- Navigate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy servicing
- Support clients with coverage questions and claims advocacy
- Coordinate with carriers, producers, and teammates to deliver solutions
- Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and client relationships
- Provide proactive, professional service that builds long-term trust
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- 3 years of EPIC experience, strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of small business insurance coverages
- Exceptional communication and client service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Texas General Lines P&C License required
