What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech II position at HG External?

This is part-time 16–24-hour position. Pay range: $29.00 to $33 per hour.
A day in the life might include:
- you’ll help keep our community safe, comfortable, and in great shape. From small repairs to coordinating bigger projects, you’ll be hands-on and making a real difference every shift.
- planning, scheduling, participating in, and inspecting the work of outside contractors engaged in the operation, maintenance, repair, and safeguarding of buildings and Community
- may be on call in case of an emergency
To be successful in the role, you would have:

4 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or building trades

HVAC, trade, or utilities certifications are a big plus

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Weekend availability, plus some evenings or weekdays when needed

Someone who takes pride in their work and likes getting things done
