What are the responsibilities and job description for the Float Certified Nurse Assistant position at HG External?
Las Ventanas, a Human Good Community located in Las Vegas - Nevada - Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
ONC - $17.50 to $24.75 DOE. **This is a true Float Position that floats between the Health Center, Assisted Living, and Memory Support**
Scheduled days vary, and scheduled hours may be days, nights, or NOC.
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
