What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at HG External?
The Mansion at Rosemont, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as "Best of Senior Living" 2022-23, is hiring a full-time Custodian!
Details:
- Night Shift 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday - Friday, holiday rotation
- $17 per hour
The Mansion is located on a beautiful 10-acre campus on the Main Line, with shuttle services to public transportation available to team members.
You are responsible for janitorial and custodial duties in the community. Work involves sweeping, mopping, and using vacuum cleaners to clean floors; dusting, cleaning bathroom fixtures and floors, and policing the building to empty trash receptacles and pick up debris. You would be expected to always demonstrate and promote service excellence and patient confidentiality.
As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Previous janitorial/custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
- Previous carpet or floor care experience preferred
- Experience working in hospitality, health care, or residential cleaning environment.
