Royal Oaks in Duarte, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2026 by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing Team.
Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation by providing exemplary care, from basic needs to activities of daily living to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment for resident care.

- Temporary Full-Time Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Temporary Full-Time Swing shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Full-Time Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Full-Time Swing shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(The shifts above follow a 4-on, 2-off schedule)
- Part-time Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Part-time Swing shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
(Days vary based on department needs)
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 (DOE)
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- BLS and First Aid certification
- Prior SNF experience preferred
