HG Doctors Medical Aesthetics is searching for an experienced Director of Medical Aesthetics to lead the operations, growth, and success of our physician-led medical spa in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished MedSpa leader who wants to take ownership of a growing practice and help build one of South Florida's premier destinations for aesthetic medicine.
We're looking for a proven leader with at least five years of successful MedSpa management experience who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. If you're passionate about aesthetics, business growth, team leadership, and delivering exceptional patient experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As our Director of Medical Aesthetics, you'll oversee every aspect of the business, including:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our physician-led Medical Aesthetics practice
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives
- Increase new patient acquisition and patient retention
- Develop referral relationships with physicians and local businesses
- Build partnerships within the community to increase brand awareness
- Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
- Manage provider schedules and optimize productivity
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency
- Ensure an exceptional luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics
- Identify opportunities to increase profitability and expand services
- Collaborate with executive leadership to execute growth strategies
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Medical Spa Management experience (Required)
- Demonstrated success growing MedSpa revenue and profitability
- Proven business development and marketing experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing providers and aesthetic staff
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with exceptional initiative
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Results-oriented with strong accountability
- Passion for aesthetics and outstanding customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with physician-owned medical practices
- Experience with aesthetic EMR systems
- Experience managing luxury client experiences
- Knowledge of injectables, laser treatments, Hydrafacial, Morpheus8, IPL, laser hair removal, medical-grade skincare, and wellness services
