Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in all phases of the design process, ensuring high-quality, detail-oriented work.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced studio environment while mentoring and supporting team members.
• Lead project management efforts, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare comprehensive construction document packages, ensuring compliance with submittal processes and industry standards.
• Provide construction observation and site detailing expertise, ensuring seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in a Landscape Architecture firm with a strong portfolio.
• Project Management experience.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Strong technical and design skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, Lumion, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of local planting and hardscape materials, site grading, and construction principles.
• Excellent graphic communication skills, including both digital and hand-drawing techniques.
• Registered or Licensed is a plus
