- Maintain organized electronic filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness
- Transcribe audio recordings and convert handwritten notes into digital formats using typing skills
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure data correctness and consistency
- Collect, compile, and analyze data to support reporting needs using tools like pivot tables in Microsoft Excel
- Assist with order entry, data collection projects, and clerical tasks to streamline administrative workflows
Skills
- Proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel including pivot tables
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed in data entry tasks
- Excellent computer skills with familiarity in transcription, filing, and office software applications
- Experience working with office environments or administrative roles involving clerical responsibilities
