We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative who knows how to earn trust with self-made business owners and isn’t afraid to ask for the meeting.
This is a pure business development role — no financial planning, no portfolio management. Your job is to identify the right people, qualify them through our structured JobWalk™ discovery process, and hand off closed clients to our advisory team.
THE ROLE
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and build relationships through direct outreach and your professional network
- Develop COI partnerships with CPAs, attorneys, industry coaches, and contractor associations
- Run JobWalk™ conversations — our structured discovery call that qualifies fit and opens the relationship
- Manage your pipeline with discipline and detail
- Close, hand off to the advisory team, and move on to the next opportunity

Who You’ll Call On
Your pipeline is contractors and home-service business owners, typically $10M in annual revenue, and 1-3 years from an exit they haven’t fully planned for yet. They’re self-made, skeptical of financial jargon, and loyal to the right people. They need coordination no one has offered them. That gap is your opening.
