About the Program
The Children’s Community Support Collaborative (CCSC) provides comprehensive mental health services tailored to the unique needs of youth and their families. Our team prioritizes relationships and gives a voice to youth and caregivers. Each family is served by a core team, including a Master’s-level clinician and Community Outreach Worker, which provides intensive in-home family treatment, comprehensive care coordination, mentorships and connections to informal and formal community-based resources.
