Duties
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client profiles to recommend suitable insurance products.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through policy issuance.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance in benefits administration and claims processing.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and expand the customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all client communications and documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and support.

- Time, Effort, and Commitment (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm EST with Optional Weekends).

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with personalized, consultative service.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable life and health insurance policies.
- Educate clients on policy options and benefits, ensuring they understand their choices.
- Assist with the application process, including gathering required documents and submitting accurate information.
- Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Participate in company-provided training and utilize available resources for continuous growth.
- Travel locally for in-person appointments and meetings as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly to clients, ensuring they understand their options.
- Analyze client data to recommend suitable insurance products that meet their requirements.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.

First Year Pay: $55,250.00 - $120,000.00
Second Year Pay: $100k typical
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: $65,500.00 - $117,500.00 per year
