Duties

  • Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client profiles to recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through policy issuance.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance in benefits administration and claims processing.
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all client communications and documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and support.

  • Entrepreneur mindset with a strong work ethic (40 hours a week).
  • Eagerness to serve your community and surrounding area.
  • Time, Effort, and Commitment (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm EST with Optional Weekends).
  • Enthusiasm, energy, empathy, organizational skills, discipline, coachability, and the willingness to learn and evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with personalized, consultative service.
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable life and health insurance policies.
  • Educate clients on policy options and benefits, ensuring they understand their choices.
  • Assist with the application process, including gathering required documents and submitting accurate information.
  • Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Participate in company-provided training and utilize available resources for continuous growth.
  • Travel locally for in-person appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly to clients, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Analyze client data to recommend suitable insurance products that meet their requirements.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.

First Year Pay: $55,250.00 - $120,000.00
Second Year Pay: $100k typical

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $65,500.00 - $117,500.00 per year
