Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician based in Richmond, VA, with some work-from-home options available. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional field service to clients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to ensure client satisfaction and maintaining detailed records of service activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to perform regular servicing and repair of equipment and systems
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical problems effectively
- Experience in Field Service, including on-site service calls and support
- Excellent Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and address customer needs
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain thorough and accurate documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as required
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training is preferred but not required
