Reporting to the Senior Manager of Payment Operations, the Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring team performance, process accuracy, and compliance. As a strong leader and coach, the Team Lead supports onboarding, provides ongoing training, and fosters a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set clear goals, expectations, and performance standards for the team.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure alignment with departmental KPIs.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and status updates.
- Ensure team members feel connected and informed despite working remotely.
- Offer coaching, feedback, and development opportunities tailored to individual needs.
- Recognize achievements and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
- Address performance concerns constructively and promptly.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Manage workload distribution and ensure coverage across shifts or regions.
- Promote best practices in documentation, workflow management, and remote collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve remote work processes for efficiency and engagement.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in payment operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in Excel
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
