Our Production Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to our Architecture and Engineering teams. This role is critical to the success of our teams to ensure projects are delivered on time at a high level of quality.

- Proficiency in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive and organized--the candidate effectively manages multiple concurrent projects and tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Must possess strong verbal/written communication skills, the ability to produce work independently, and effectively coordinate with team members.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure project milestones are effectively achieved.
- Retrieve client documents for the teams to use to complete projects.
- Request information from local authorities and utility companies.
- Assist in editing project reports.
- Enter dates and project data in clients project database.
- Assist with delivery of documents to local authorities having jurisdiction.
- Obtain signatures from Architects and Engineers.
- Upload completed documents to Client repository.
- General administration tasks when they arise.
