What to Expect / A Day in the Life:
- You’ll be part of a close-knit, highly skilled team working in our Topeka manufacturing facility.
- Expect a fast-paced but structured environment where safety and quality come first.
- You’ll collaborate daily with sales, machinists, and technicians to meet production and project goals.
- This is a full-time, onsite role, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Traveling will account for about 10% annually.
- Hands-on involvement with state-of-the-art equipment and shop floor activities.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $65,000 – $70,000

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:

- Must be in commutable distance to Topeka, Kansas, United States
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and part design.
- Bachelors in mechanical engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP preferred
- Experience in AutoCAD, and SolidWorks required.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems is preferred.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Able to identify problems and solutions when analyzing a design.
- Professional demeanor with discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Supervisor experience preferred
- Ability to stay current on engineering practices, materials, and machinery.
- Supporting technical requirements for subcontracting and in-house production.
