What to Expect / A Day in the Life:
- You’ll be part of a close-knit, highly skilled team working in our Topeka manufacturing facility.
- Expect a fast-paced but structured environment lead by the Project Engineer where safety and quality come first.
- Assist the Project Engineer with developing the rebuilding process with Manufacturing Management to develop costs for sales.
- You’ll collaborate daily with assemblers, sales, machinists, and technicians to meet production and project goals. You will be on the shop floor frequently checking on projects, communicating lead times, and solving any manufacturing/engineering issues.
- You’ll need the ability to withstand extreme temperatures when on the shop floor for long periods.
- This is a full-time, onsite role, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and play a hands-on role in the manufacturing of industry-leading machines.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range is $55,000 – $60,000

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a fit for HFRM if you:
- Enjoy solving real-world problems with your hands and your head.
- Thrive in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in high-quality work.
- Communicate effectively and work well on a team.
- Bring experience in:
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks
- Microsoft Office Programs
- Manufacturing Industry – bonus if it’s in heavy machinery
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical (preferred)
- ISO 9001
- Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or a related field is required, or five (5) years of work experience is required
- Technical school certification in AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent software (Preferred)
