Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. Maintain organized files and records.
- Act as the point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Help plan and execute special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Track project progress and report updates to the General Manager.
- Visit and maintain vendor relationships as needed
- Assist in the coordination of daily operations, including inventory management, supplier relations, invoice reconciliation and logistics. Help troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.
- Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply
- Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs
- Any other duties as assigned by the management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the food industry or wholesale sector.
- Bilingual (English & Mandarin) is a plus.
