Responsibilities - BDC Service Appointment Setter:
Answer calls and schedule appointments for auto maintenance, repair, recall work, and more.- Make outbound calls to confirm service appointments, reschedule 'no-show' appointments, and offer 'specials'
- Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications - BDC Service Appointment Setter:
- Outgoing, friendly and dependable with good computer, communication and customer service skills
- BDC, Call center and customer service experience is a plus
- Motivated to succeed with a positive attitude and good work ethic
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
