Position Details:
- Location: Glendale, CA
- Grade Levels: K-5 (Math & ELA)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12NN - 4PM (during and after school)
- Hours: 20 hours/week
- Pay: $18-$23/hr (based on experience and qualifications)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead small group tutoring sessions.
- Use curriculum and materials provided by HeyTutor.
- Track and document student progress through HeyTutor’s platform.
- Create an engaging environment that encourages learning.
- Ensure students stay on track and make positive behavior choices.
What You’ll Need:
- Education: AA degree or higher (or currently enrolled in college/university).
- Experience: Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
- Skills: Comfortable working with children in a classroom setting.
- Clearances: Ability to pass an FBI-DOJ background check.
