Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality and consistent products to customers strictly following SOP.
- Treat every customer sincerely and provide a pleasant service experience.
- Strictly adhere to food safety protocols as per store requirements.
- Complete tasks assigned by shift managers, store managers, or other management team members on time.
Job Requirements:
- Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
- Must be able to report taxes in full according to local policies (including tips).
- Recognize and align with the brand, and show enthusiasm for the job.
- Previous experience in the beverage industry (preferred).
- Able to work early and late shifts, following a rotating shift schedule.
- Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome, with part-time candidates expected to work no less than 24 hours per week.
- Maintain good personal hygiene habits and no bad habits.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning (we're willing to teach if you're willing to learn).
Physical & Essential Job Requirements (for Barista)
As a barista, you are expected to perform a range of essential job functions in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment. You must be able to perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, including ingredients, containers, and supplies
- Reach, bend, twist, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements for drink preparation
- Move throughout the store to interact with team members, operate equipment, and serve customers
- Work in a loud, high-energy environment with fluctuating temperatures
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and equipment cleaning procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a clear and professional manner
