Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Broker role based in Dallas, TX. The broker will represent industrial real estate clients nationally, managing the full transaction lifecycle from prospecting to closing. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying leads, conducting property tours, preparing listing presentations, and advising clients on pricing, market conditions, and deal structures.
Qualifications
- Strong real estate and brokerage skills, including experience with industrial or commercial properties and a proven ability to manage listings and transactions.
- Solid sales and customer service skills, with a track record of building client relationships, negotiating deals, and delivering responsive, solution-focused support.
- Knowledge of real property concepts, including leasing structures, valuations, zoning considerations, and basic financial analysis for commercial real estate.
- Active Texas Real Estate Broker license in good standing, with familiarity with state and local regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment, with strong time management and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, office productivity software, and basic real estate marketing platforms; experience with industrial property databases is a plus.
