Estimator

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in client communication, understands residential construction processes, and can prepare accurate, competitive estimates that help bring projects to life.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and attend client appointments, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
• Assess project scopes, taking detailed measurements and gathering all necessary information.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, discussing their needs and providing guidance on potential solutions.
• Prepare precise estimates based on material, labor, and time requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain clear, organized records of all estimates and project details.

Requirements:

• Experience in estimating for kitchen and bathroom remodels, roofing, siding, windows, and decks. (or strong related construction background).
• Knowledge of materials, labor costs, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency with estimating software, adaptability to new sales/estimating software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
