Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at our Denison, TX location. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high customer service standards, maximizing operational efficiency, overseeing event planning and execution, handling inventory and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will play a key leadership role in maintaining HeyDay's positive reputation while driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to lead a team of sixty people lead by five managers
- Operations expertise, including budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or related industries
- Proficiency in using Toast POS and Microsoft 365 a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred or equivalent field experience (five or more years)
- TABC license
- Food Handler's License
