About the Role:

Behind the magic is an AI team of LLM-powered agents who think, write, design, develop, and deploy like a full-stack creative agency. You’ll be one of the engineers building the platform they operate on.

We’re looking for a pragmatic builder and inventive problem-solver—someone who thrives on rapid iteration, loves debugging LLM edge cases, and knows how to ship AI systems that actually work.

What You’ll Do:

 • Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows (writer, designer, developer, SEO, ops)

 • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in our codegen and deployment pipeline

 • Build modular, self-improving AI agents with autonomous planning and task verification

 • Rapidly debug applied AI issues and optimize for reliability

 • Experiment with cutting-edge techniques in agent coordination and LLM reliability

 • Analyze failure patterns and implement data-driven improvements to output quality

 • Dogfood the product—stress test and improve it through real-world usage

 • Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to ship features fast

You Might Be a Fit If You:

 • Have full-stack experience, ideally using React/Next.js on the frontend

 • Have hands-on experience with LLMs and their quirks

 • Are a fast debugger who thrives on diagnosing complex edge cases

 • Think like a creative engineer—you break conventions to get results

 • Have a strong bias for action and move quickly from idea to implementation

 • Stay sharp with cutting-edge AI research, but apply it with pragmatism

 • Communicate clearly across technical and product teams, including trade-offs and limitations
