We are hiring Shift Leads for both full-time and part-time positions. Starting pay ranges from $20/hr to $22/hr, depending on experience, plus tips. If you’re excited about leading a team and providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Shift Leads are trained as team members for the trial period and then given lead responsibilities once all duties are learned.
Position Overview
As a Shift Lead, you will support restaurant leadership and guide team members to deliver friendly, thoughtful service in a clean and engaging environment. Your responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team deployment according to the schedule.
- Conduct shift walk-throughs to prepare for opening, transitions, and closing.
- Engage with guests to ensure service excellence, embodying our core values: Shine, Compassion, and Drive.
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Complete shift administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations regarding cleanliness and food safety.
- Oversee team break schedules.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to keep the restaurant fully stocked.
- Communicate with the back-of-house team to ensure timely food preparation.
- Perform taste tests to maintain quality standards.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members on procedures.
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
