What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wait Staff/Server position at Hey Nonny?
Hey Nonny is looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable server to join our team in downtown Arlington Heights. We are a lively music venue focused on great food, genuine hospitality, and memorable guest experiences.
Servers are responsible for providing attentive and knowledgeable service, accurately entering orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining clean and organized tables, processing payments, and supporting the team throughout service. Because we host live music, private events, and busy dinner service, candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
The ideal candidate is warm, professional, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate guest needs. Previous serving experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams. Current Illinois BASSET and Food Handler certifications are required or must be obtained upon hire.
This is a part-time position with hourly pay plus tips.
