What You'll Do

Keep bars fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and ice

Wash and polish glassware

Keep the bar clean, organized, and ready for service

Change kegs and assist with draft beer maintenance

Remove trash and keep storage areas organized

Assist bartenders with anything needed during service

Restock throughout the shift and prepare for the next day

Help create an outstanding guest experience by supporting the entire team
What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Comfortable working in a high-volume environment

Team player who takes initiative

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Nights, weekends, and holidays are required

Previous barback or restaurant experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
