Implementation Manager

Hexmodal is a Manhattan, NY-based IoT and SaaS company that helps Healthcare Facilities Managers (HFMs) automate their compliance busywork. 

With our 100,000 Smart Emergency Lights, Room Pressure Monitors, Fridge Monitors, and Fire Extinguisher Monitors, we save tens of thousands of labor hours for our customers annually and keep 2,200 facilities safe and compliant across 45 States.

You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless deployment of our Smart Devices at client sites. Your work will be instrumental to client satisfaction, and a job well done will directly impact our bottom line by boosting retention and driving new business through follow-on sales. • Manage Deployments: Successfully manage the implementation of Hexmodal’s smart solutions in over 30 new facilities per quarter using in-house project management software to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
• Customer Training: Educate installers and clients on our devices' and software's functionality and benefits, ensuring a smooth installation process and optimal use of our technology.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the client support team to ensure a seamless transition post-installation. Address any non-technical issues swiftly during the deployment phase.
• Utilize Technology: Leverage internal tools to track and ensure proper device installation, maintaining rigorous standards and schedules.

•  Proactivity: Drive initiatives that improve installation processes and enhance customer experience.
•  Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with sales and fulfillment teams to align installation schedules with overall business objectives.
•  Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing any issues promptly.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in compliance-related roles.
• Training in project management software and methodologies.

• Compensation Range of $80,000-$90,000 Bonus Options Equity
