We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant – Manufacturing & Engineering to provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to a senior leader. This role goes far beyond traditional EA duties—acting as a trusted partner to drive execution, streamline processes, and enhance business performance across multiple manufacturing sites.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy, with a passion for turning data into insights and strategy into action. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to grow into an operational leadership role while working closely with an executive who prioritizes mentorship and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Administration
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and communications with precision and discretion.
- Serve as a trusted liaison in meetings and with internal/external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs and proactively advance priorities, especially when the executive is traveling or unavailable.
- Develop clear, concise weekly reports highlighting key operational KPIs (e.g., safety, quality, cost, performance).
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and scorecards using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Support performance tracking across plants, including audits, safety metrics, and training compliance.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives, including AI and data-driven projects.
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans and ensure timely execution.
- Drive accountability by coordinating cross-functional efforts and tracking milestones.
- Facilitate communication between corporate leadership and plant operations.
- Represent the executive confidently in discussions and decision-making when needed.
- Act as a thought partner to help prioritize, organize, and communicate strategic objectives.
- Travel to manufacturing sites (~10%) to build relationships and gain firsthand operational insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, science, or related field (engineering background a plus).
- 5 years experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; skilled at turning complex data into actionable insights.
- Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of productivity and IT tools.
- Proven ability to take initiative, think strategically, and manage projects from start to finish.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Growth mindset with a desire to expand into broader operational responsibilities.
- Familiarity with the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) is a plus.
- Experience with SAP is beneficial but not required.
