Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 10 years of IT experience and 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Configure and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Perform troubleshooting, platform optimization, upgrades, and production support.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Required Skills:
- Strong ServiceNow ITSM development experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
