Job Title: Salesforce 360 Data Developer

Location: Reston, VA

Job Description:

8 years of experience in data/CRM platforms; at least 2 years with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Practical experience with Data Streams, DLO/DMO mapping, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activation.
Proficient in SQL and data modeling; experienced with ETL/ELT processes and APIs.
Integration experience with Salesforce core clouds and analytics (CRM Analytics/Tableau)
Demonstrated knowledge of data governance and role-based access
Strong track record in stakeholder management and delivery Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer with practical experience in integrating Data Cloud with Agentforce to facilitate AI-driven, data-informed agent experiences.

Preferred:
Salesforce certifications: Data Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Platform App Builder.
Knowledge of Agent force use cases and observability/data quality tools
