Job Description -

• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cloud-based marketing platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing , multivariate testing , Funnel Analysis , Attribution Modelling, Conversation Optimization.
• Support campaign management, customer journey mapping, and automation workflows within marketing cloud systems.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing of solutions.
• Manage data integration, segmentation, and reporting to enable personalized marketing efforts.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and optimization of marketing cloud applications.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and governance standards in marketing platforms.
• Create documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end-users and stakeholders.
