Position: AI Engineer

Job Description:
- Develop scalable, cloud-native AI/ML and GenAI platforms to support model training, deployment, and enterprise-wide AI use cases.
- Integrate and operationalize foundation models (Claude, Titan, etc.) via Bedrock for copilots, chatbots, and automation solutions.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines with vector databases (OpenSearch, etc.) for knowledge-driven AI applications.
- Create end-to-end pipelines for model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring), ensuring reproducibility and scalability
- Leverage AWS services (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, EKS, API Gateway) to deliver high-performance, secure AI infrastructure.
- Develop pipelines for structured/unstructured data and integrate with enterprise data platforms (lakehouse ecosystems).
- Provide shared services, SDKs, and APIs to accelerate AI adoption across teams and standardize platform usage.
- Implement IAM, data security, and Responsible AI practices aligned with financial services regulations.
- Optimize inference cost/latency, enhance model accuracy, and support emerging capabilities like agentic AI and autonomous workflows.
