Core Responsibilities

Drawing Production & Management

• Develop and update 2D CAD drawings (site-wide, tower-specific, infrastructure).
• Extract and generate drawings from multiple sources (Revit, CAD, PDFs, etc).
• Consolidate information into unified, coordinated deliverables.

Field / On-Site Support (Critical Requirement)

• Perform on-site surveys across WTCD facilities.
• Collect and verify field data to update drawings and BIM models.
• Document existing conditions and translate field information into deliverables.
• Support project managers with field validation and as-built documentation.

BIM / Data / Coordination Support

• Assist integration of information from models, drawings, and field data.
• Track updates and support project deliverables.
• Maintain file organization and version control across platforms.

Expected Skills

Technical

• Advanced AutoCAD.
• Revit (intermediate level preferred).
• Bluebeam (highly preferred).
• General understanding of BIM workflows and coordination principles.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail, organized and process-driven, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work with incomplete, evolving, or conflicting information.
• Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and priorities
