Required Qualifications, Must-Haves
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Design or related fields
- Minimum 7 years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams
- Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings without direct authority
- Experience working in Agile, Kanban, and other delivery models
- Experience writing user stories and jobs-to-be-done that clearly articulate business and user needs and define acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools, such as generative AI, research synthesis tools, or automation platforms, to enhance design efficiency and insight generation
