The Oracle HR Help Desk Implementation Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Richardson, TX. This role is responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle HR Help Desk solutions, including requirements gathering, system design, and alignment with business processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders, mapping workflows, configuring Oracle applications, managing integrations, and performing testing and validation. The specialist will create solution documentation, support user training, and provide post-implementation support and issue resolution. The role also involves consulting with business partners to optimize HR service delivery and ensure that the Help Desk implementation meets performance, security, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess experience in Business Process analysis, design, and optimization, especially within HR service delivery and case management.
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution recommendations.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise with Oracle HR modules, including Oracle HR Help Desk and related HR functionalities.
- Candidates should possess experience with Oracle Applications configuration and customization for enterprise environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration, including connecting Oracle HR Help Desk with other HR, IT, and enterprise systems.
- Relevant experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or similar HR technology platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and on-site client environment.
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations, including testing, user training, and post-go-live support, is highly desirable.
