ML Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Visualization Engineer who can work onsite in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building intuitive, scalable dashboards and visual analytics using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and other BI platforms. The role also involves working closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI/ML teams to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Data Visualization & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau.

• Create visually compelling data stories that support business decision-making.

• Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.

Collaboration & Data Understanding

• Work closely with Data Engineers to understand data pipelines, data models, and data quality.

• Partner with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, ML/MLOps Engineers to visualize advanced analytics, predictive outputs, and ML model performance.

• Support Data Governance initiatives by ensuring visualization data accuracy, compliance, and proper metadata usage.

Data Analysis

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot data issues in visualizations.

• Translate business questions into analytical requirements and meaningful dashboards.

Documentation & Standards

• Maintain documentation for dashboards, metrics definitions, and data flows.

• Implement visualization best practices, UI/UX standards, and governance guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience: Core Visualization Skills

• 4 years of experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

• Strong understanding of DAX, data modeling, ETL concepts, and visualization design principles.

Technical Skills

• Experience working with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML teams.

• Ability to integrate dashboards with ML/AI outputs.

• Solid knowledge of SQL and data analysis.

• Understanding of MLOps, AI pipelines, or data governance (added advantage).

General Skills

• Excellent communication skills to explain dashboards to technical and business teams.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

• Ability to work independently onsite and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in MLOps environments, cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management.

• Prior experience in enterprise-scale data environments.
