FULL-TIME GENERAL MAINTENANCE POSITION

Bitner Family Funeral Homes with four locations in the Harrisburg area is seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team in a **FULL-TIME GENERAL MAINTENANCE POSITION**. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, as well as performing basic maintenance tasks.

Essential Duties

• Perform or oversee a wide variety of general facility maintenance and repair, as well as, preventive maintenance to assure the facilities and equipment remain in good condition
• Perform or oversee repairs to painting, masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings to maintain an attractive and safe building, inside and out
• Perform or oversee grounds maintenance activities to ensure outside areas of facilities are attractive, safe, and clutter-free
• Perform or oversee the necessary and preventative general maintenance on the company vehicles
• Purchase equipment and supplies as approved by management
• Other assigned duties related to the care, comfort, and convenience of our customers
